THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY CHANGE
Paisley Design ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
This Web Site is for the purpose of selling directly to the final end-user or Customer. Products may NOT be purchased from this Web Site for the purpose of re-selling the products in a retail store or any other re-sale format, including without limitation online auction web sites such as eBay. Wholesalers, Brokers, Retailers or Re-Salers may contact us directly to discuss selling our products in their retail store or other re-sale environment. The prices displayed on our Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the "lower 48" states of the U.S.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEES
Our Shipping charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you purchase and delivering them to you. Most purchases are shipped from our design studio within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of payment for a product(s) by the customer (excluding Custom Order products which vary in time to design and manufacture and therefor have no estimated standard "ship from studio" time). In the event of a delay, we will notify you by phone or email. All purchases are shipped using United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping Insurance can be purchased by the customer at the time of checkout for an additional fee. Paisley Design ltd. is not liable for damage to or loss of purchased items during shipping. Note on P.O. box deliveries: Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that extra large items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with our products and therefore have in place the following return policy:
Inventory items (excluding "sale" items and "custom order" items) may be returned to be received by Paisley Design ltd. within fourteen (14) days of your original receipt of the product for a full refund less the amount of the original shipping, handling, and insurance charges and a $3.00 per item restocking fee. You are responsible for paying for the cost of the return shipping and shipping insurance. If we receive the returned product after fourteen (14) days from your original receipt of the product or if the returned product is damaged in any way Paisley Design ltd. will not refund any monies to you. Paisley Design ltd. has sole discretion to determine if a product is returned damaged. All sales are final on "sale" items and "custom order" items.
PRODUCT COLOR
We do our best to ensure that the colors in the pictures of our products on our web site are a true representation of the actual fabric, thread, and embroidery colors. However, depending on your computer's technology and settings your computer may vary in the way it processes and displays color on your screen. Therefore, Paisley Design ltd. cannot be held responsible or liable for any variance in they way the colors appear on your computer screen from the actual product color.

We welcome and thank you for your comments about our website and products. Any comments, testimonials, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively "Comments") sent to Paisley Design ltd. shall be and reamin the exclusive property of Paisley Design ltd. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to Paisley Design ltd. of all worldwide rights, titles, interests in all copyrights and other intellecutal property rights in the Comments. Paisley Design ltd. will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way.
