What is the cost of a custom item? Prices vary based on size, detail, and number of items. Please contact us to discuss your custom item(s) and we'll gladly provide you with an estimate. I don't see the embroidery category that I have in mind. Is this your entire collection? No. We have an extensive collection of embroidery designs and collections from which to choose. Simply let us know what you are looking for. Can I provide my own fabric? Yes. We can design your item partially or completely with your fabric(s). I am not local to you. Can we complete the transaction by email? Yes. Most of our transactions are completed by using email, phone, and the USPS. I am not good at coordinating colors and fabrics. Will you design my custom order for me? Yes! We love it when our customers give us creative license to design items based on information we receive during the initial "interview". You just give us a general idea of what you would like and we do the rest! It's very easy. I would like some standard room decor pillows (non-embroidered) made. Do you do this? Yes. We custom manufacture decor pillow covers- simply send us your fabric(s) and we'll do the rest. What method of shipping do you use? We use USPS Priority Mail, insurance optional.
